1. Scope of Engagement
Qwenton provisions custom software engineering, architectural Next.js 14 web development, AI workflow automations, and sovereign infrastructure setups. All service purchases made via the catalog represent fixed-scope engineering packages spearheaded by Naitik Talreja.
2. Payment & Verification
All service package orders require two-factor email OTP authorization prior to checkout. Payment processing is facilitated via FamGateway UPI Gateway. Orders are confirmed upon successful webhook signature settlement in Firestore.
3. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
Upon final project settlement and handover, clients retain full ownership of custom application source code, bespoke frontend components, and proprietary infrastructure configurations created specifically for their engagement.
4. Client Consultation & Support Channel
Purchasing any deliverable grants direct access to the private Client Dashboard at dashboard.qwenton.shop for progress tracking, milestone synchronization, and technical consultation.
5. Governing Law
